mWAVE Industries, LLC was started in 2004. The three founders bring with them over 60 combined years of experience in the microwave antenna and component industry from companies offering both standard products and custom engineered solutions. Their backgrounds cover the technical fields of both electrical and mechanical/structural engineering, with extensive knowledge and practice using electromagnetic and structural modeling software. This experience takes them from the office, to the lab, test range, shop floor, and out into the field.
