The new Dotworkz D2™ all weather, complete solution camera enclosure series is the perfect choice for any type of application, in any weather conditions and any combination of IP camera brand and model.
The Solar Heater/Blower Camera Enclosure protects cameras by using a low wattagea heater “ring” that goes all the way around the camera (360 deg. Horizontal) and is affixed directly to the dome lens having 4 watts of direct heating. This allows the Solar version to keep the lens clear of fogging more efficiently. For actual operations of the camera at temperatures below 40ºF we suggest upgrading to the Ring of Fire due to its de-icing and defrosting circuitry to remove ice and snow around the lens of the enclosure. And for actual operations of the camera at temperatures above 100ºF we suggest upgrading to the CoolDome with its thermo-electric cooling system that actively reduce the inside temperature for up to 50ºF from outside temperatures.
