All Lynx and Tsunami PtP products utilize FDD technology.

  • Each end transmits at one frequency and receives at another frequency simultaneously, hence the need for ??pairs?? of frequencies.
  • No substantial time delays
  • No distance limit due to technology
  • Full throughput at any distance
  • Proxim uses channel designators such as A1 and A2 as a matched pair. Some products have several channel pairs (e.g. A1/A2. B1/B2, etc.)
