The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Moonblink Wireless indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or Moonblink Wireless signs such conditions. Moonblink Wireless reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time

Return Policy
Moonblink Communications offers a 30 day replacement warranty on Moonblink branded antennas, cables, and RF pigtail cables on manufacturing defects. Custom Cable assemblies and the MC-Card (LUN) Pigtails are NOT returnable.  For all other products the customer must seek warranty support directly from the manufacturer, Warranties vary by manufacturer. Moonblink Communications does not offer any extended warranties, except those that may be offered by the manufacturer. The RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued. A new RMA number is required if period exceeds 30 days. The RMA number is valid only for items originally listed on this request form.  The items are tested only for the problems listed in the RMA form, so please describe the problem clearly.  "Dead on Arrival" must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Any physical damage or re-work done to the product, or defacing labels on parts & components voids warranty.  Return for credit can be accepted only within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please be sure to include all accessories including software and hardware in its original condition/packing. Software opened is not returnable.  Service & installation charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Any items returned for credit and sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit.  All credits are given on purchased price and a 20% restocking fee is charged.  Refund is paid in the same manner as original purchase; i.e. if paid by credit card, the cc will be credited, unless a store credit is desired.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Please print RMA number legibly on top of the package, packages w/o an RMA number will not be accepted.  All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipment etc. should be brought to the notice of Moonblink Communications within a period of 7 days from the date of the receipt; Moonblink Communications will not be responsible, or liable  thereafter in respect of this RMA.

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.

NOTE: returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Moonblink Communications EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO Moonblink Communications ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE Moonblink Communications SITES SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL Moonblink Communications, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Moonblink Wireless shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Moonblink Wireless shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Moonblink Wireless shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Moonblink Wireless reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Moonblink Wireless reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $10,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 

Payment Methods

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Wire Transfers, Credit Card, and PayPal - Moonblink Wireless accepts money orders, cashier's checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and PayPal tranfers in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Moonblink  Wireless cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy 
Moonblink  Wireless does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Rates & Terms
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7 business days.

Requesting next day or second day air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.

If you choose items with different "Product Availability" times -- for example, a in-stock delivery item along with a "Backorder" or "Preorder" item, each item will ship as it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of these items.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including tax, duties, tariffs, etc.

Sales Taxes 
Moonblink Wireless shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All returns and replacements occurring after 60 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Moonblink Wireless shall be governed by the laws of the  State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Moonblink Wireless sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court locate in Santa Clara County California.
