Summary: To support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service by performing the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Fields incoming and outgoing sales opportunities via telephone, email and fax.
- Promotes and effectively sell company products and services using established company sales techniques.
- Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up all leads promptly.
- Makes decisions to maximize gross profit while increasing overall revenue on a per order basis.
- Builds and maintains quality relations with new and assigned accounts, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
- Maintains updated, organized files on all accounts assigned.
- Completes training courses as assigned.
- Clarifies and fulfills customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing quotation as requested.
- Understands and responds to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
- Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
- Emphasizes saleable services of products to include quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
- Resolves customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
